*new story*
okay i've said in the past i've been thinking of another storyline. maybe that's the reason why i've lost some interest in this story because i've been only thinking of that story. i originally intended to update this blog then give a link to the other one at the end of the new chapter. however everytime i try to write the chapter i just stop and click off. i've already written the other stories chapter and i would have posted that one but i just can't get this chapter done. so i'm going to post that chapter and post this chapter next week. i've already written the majority of this chapter but i think it's bullshit and i hate when people write bullshit chapters so i'm not going to do that to you guys. i also hate when people read bullshit chapters and comment on them saying it's great so if i've ever posted a bullshitty chapter tell me so i can go jump off a roof. lol back to the subject the link to the other blog is right here ------> http://neverbrokendrickific.blogspot.com/ enjoy

reunited ch.23
*NICKI*
i agreed to talk to her but i was a bit hesitant considering the fact that last time we talked we weren't on good terms. brian excused himself and i waited for lauren to speak. instead lauren wrapped her arms around me in a long warm embrace. this caught me completely off guard and it took me awhile to finally hug her back.
"nicki i'm sorry i should have never said anything about them. I just thought drake should've know what happened at the time-"
"but that's not what happened," i interrupted.
"i know.....now. it's just every time i'd try to get you to talk about it you'd say you don't want to talk about it.......that i probably know more about what happened than you so i thought the story that went around was true," lauren paused because she was starting to tear up. " and i'm sorry please forgive me."
"i've already forgiven you okay? just don't ever bring it up again." i told her hugging her tighter before dropping my hands.
"laur?"
"hmm," lauren hummed still hugging me.
"how long are you going to hug me," i giggling.
"shut up i'm catching up on old times," she said causing us both to laugh. lauren pulled away and as if on cue the rest of the gang came and suffocated me with questions.
"okay so are we all cool?"tt asked
"yeah are we allowed to see your big ass head again?" sb asked ignorantly. there was a five second pause before tt and lauren started yelling at him. i heard a smack sound so i know for sure someone hit him on his head
"don't listen to him nic he a damn fool," one of them said.
"okay, okay." i laughed. "we can be cool again as long as yall answer this one question."
"what?" they all asked in unison.
"during the water fight whose team were yall on?"
"yours of course," they said and continued with the questions. we spent what felt like hours catching up.
"nic when you moving back in," lauren asked.
"to be honest i don't want to move back in i like it here with drake," i whispered.
"oooo you want some of that drizzy," tt squealed.
"ewww i don't want to hear all that," sb said and of course lauren agreed making a gagging sound.
"not in that way you guys," i reassured them. " i just like it over here," i smiled.
"mhm," one of them hummed unconvinced. fortunately someone came and grabbed me out the group before they could interrogate me.
*DRAKE*
"umm where are we going?" she asked while i unintentionally dragged her to the pool.
"we're gonna go for a little swim," i informed her. she started to pull away from me and had a scared look on her face.
"what's wrong?" i asked her.
"i don't wanna swim i'm afraid i might drown," she said still trying to pull away from me.
"but you've been in my pool before," i reasoned.
"i know bu-,"
"but nothing i got you," i said while wrapping my arm around her waist and guiding her closer to the water.
"just hold your breath until you get your head completely above the water okay," i said more as a statement than a question. she shook her head and held me closer. i counted to three and we both jumped in. as soon as we hit the water she started freaking out. i grabbed her and took her to the surface. she wrapped her whole body around me and buried her head in my neck. of course i found this completely adorable. shit i wouldn't mind if we stay in this position all night but people started complaining talking about we in the way. nigga you in my pool. so as long as you in my pool shut the fuck up. eventually nicki relaxed a bit and that's when the fun started. we played all sorts of pool games but the one she seemed most fascinated by was noodle war. the one when you get on someones shoulders and you knock someone off with a noodle. i really don't know why she liked that so much. she kept losing. she'd swing and miss then get a face full of noodle. if i knew she was this bad at the game i would have bet her on noodle war instead of a water fight.
nicki seemed to be having a blast. me on the other hand was slowly getting annoyed. brian mcfake kept looking at us doing our thang instead of staying in his business. why can't he see that she don't want him. not like i care if they go out like nicki can do her own thing for all i care. i don't like her like that i just don't like the vibe that nigga gives off. that's why i'm acting like this right? yeah drake you ain't doin nothin wrong by acting this way.
*NO ONE'S POV*
drake continued to persuade himself that what he was about to do next was to get rid of him and nothing more. he watched brian swim underwater for a while before he came to the top.
"hey nic you want to see who can hold their breath underwater the longest?" drake asked.
"yeah another opportunity to beat you. just don't let go of me," she said while holding onto him tighter.
"how you gon slick say you beat me in everything then tell me to hold you?" drake mumbled more to himself that to her.he waited till the next time brian went under before he went under with nicki. he waited till brian was looking to grab nicki's head and giving her a deep sensual kiss. nicki delayed for a few seconds before kissing him back. his tongue was begging for the entrance into her mouth. when she finally opened it he took complete control. his hands were all tangled in her hair. she held onto him tighter than before feeling butterflies in her stomach, the good ones of course. brian definitely saw this. he was baffled. he thought nicki and him were actually getting somewhere. a lot of things were running through his mind as he watched drake and nicki tongue each other down. he was so out of it he accidentally inhaled some water. he sprung out of the pool coughing violently. some people came up to him and tried to help him but kept shooing them away.
"i'm fine really," he said still coughing. meanwhile in the pool nicki's air was running low. she pulled away and was trying to push herself up. drake got the hint and swam to the top. nicki was taking big breaths she was a little out of it. the look on her face made drake regret what he did. that was until her mouth turned into a huge smile making him smile back.
"i win," he grinned.
"yeah," she paused still catching her breath. "i guess you do."
*COMMENT PLEASE I REALLY HATED THIS CHAPTER. I JUST HAD TO FINISH IT TO GET TO THE OTHER CHAPTER. WHICH IS GOING TO BE LONGER AND BETTER BECAUSE SO MUCH IDEAS ARE GOING THROUGH MY HEAD. SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT AND SORRY IT'S SHORT*

*posting when?*
okay i've been gone awhile and i've sorta forgot about this blog and the storyline. i've been thinking about the other plot in my head but i'm going to be posting soon don't know when. the whole ultimatum was more of a break time cause i knew you guys wouldn't reach my limitations. but you came close if i combine the two post together i guess. anyway i'm over the whole lack of commenting. the break gave me time to think and i'm fine with it for now of course posting soon!!! so look out for that.............
